Civil unrest grips the empire’s furthest reaches as rebels from the occupied Syndicate of Spades spread death and fear around the world, and the passing years have done nothing to quell their bloodshed. The Spades can burn everything to the ground for all Arthur cares. He just wants their king, and Maisha just wants her freedom.
